Nick is a law graduate from University of Sydney. He has been part of Cyrus telemarketing team in Sydney from last 15 years. He is semi-retired and has run couple of businesses in Australia. His role is to convert rawleads into appointments. With his exceptional good communication skills and hisexperience, business owners are able to relate to him and open up fast. He is passionate about his work and appointments booked by him can be termed "cream of crops.

Kams is a MBA, Social Media Expert and has served as Executive assistant to CEO's of marketing companies in US. She has led marketing campaigns for luxury hotels around Asia Pacific. Working as Marketing manager, her role is to ensure that all our marketers achieve their target and generate solid appointments. She makes sure that all appointments booked are in-line with criteria.
Also as a Digital Media expert, she creates digital videos for our landing pages. Her videos generate in-bound traffic of owners interested in coaching. She is responsible for running digital campaigns to attract business owners to meet with a coach. She enjoys speaking with business owners from different countries, understanding their business, challenges and introducing them to business coaching. She says – 'business coaching is like wellness industry, it is positive, inspires entrepreneurs to achieve more and strike work-life balance.

Swati Khera

Coordinator

Swati is MBA (finance) and has been integral part from last eight years. She processes invoices and does admin role. She is also responsible for managing everyday team performance of our remote teams. She is first point of contact for all team members and keeps them engaged and focussed. Also working as a finance controller, she monitors costings and is responsible for accounting side of things.
