
Nipun always had passion for sales. In his university days, he started working as appointment setter for a group of Action coaches in Sydney. Soon he was promoted to call centre manager and then he served a well-known billionaire coach as executive assistant.
To make his interest as his carrier, after completing his MBA (Services Marketing) from UTS, Sydney, in 2001, he started a telemarketing company with 10 agents. In those days his was the only telemarketing company exclusively serving business coaches.
Soon with WOM publicity, business grew and business consultants around Australia started ordering; 1-on-1 and seminar leads. The business expanded and to enjoy cost benefits Nipun started international call centre in India. The idea was to generate raw leads from New Delhi and get them confirmed by senior semi-retired business coaches in Sydney. This method really worked in generating Rigorously Qualified HOT appointments.
In 20 years Nipun has worked with internationally renowned management consultants. He has helped hundred plus business coaches sign up thousands of clients. Few of his clients are international speakers and making a fortune selling online coaching tutorials.
Nipun strongly believes "A right coach can Make it or Break it". He has been with a coach from last 10 years. Under able guidance of his mentor, they both have made Cyrus a well-known brand in International business coaching industry.
Everything was going smooth until this invisible enemy,Covid 19 attacked. Thecall centre had to be closed and his team of 50 telemarketers stood standstill.
Within weeks this virus changed the way we meet and greet. Face-to-face coaching is changed to digital coaching and workshops are replaced by Webinars.
With help of his business coach, Nipun quickly adapted to this change and transformed his call centre into a Digital Appointment setting company.He invested in his Isolation time, trained his team and transformed his telemarketers to digital marketers.
This change in technology and coaches going global has worked in his advantage. Now his marketers have 30 million SMB's to target. Using their LinkedIn and Facebook profiles, his marketers book skype appointments with SMB owners in US,UK,NZ,Canada and Australia. Transforming to this simple digital method has reduced cost. His business no more has to purchase expensive calling lists and calling minutes.At the same time, his team is enjoying this new method of generating appointments. Working from home, they no more have to make those difficult outbound calls, pass gate keepers and work on strict work timings. Using their social media profiles, they contact business owners, introduce business coaching, build inbound traffic of leads and only speak with owners who are really interested in business coaching.
While majority of businesses are adversely hit, few businesses will thrive. Couple of them are Cleaning contractors and Indian Manufacturers. With help of his coach, Nipun quickly identified this niche market. Presently his team is targeting cleaners who are unable to cope up with growing demand and Indian manufacturers who are prepared for exports and ready to replace Chinese imports.
In 2020, with coaching industry growing in Asia pacific and increasing demand of Digital appointments from business coaches around the world, Nipun sees a great potential in his chosen line of business. Using Digital approach, he wants to expand his business in 67 English speaking countries of the world.
At the same time, it gives him immense satisfaction in helping business owners to cope up with this crisis. And as a patriotic Indian, he is helping Indian manufacturers to go global.
With world leaders holding china responsible for this virus, there is a growing anger in buyers. They are opposing Chineese made products and companies are looking at Indian manufacturers as an alternative. As an international marketer, Nipun is connecting Indian manufacturers to business coaches around the world.
Nipun is also a director of a real estate broking company in New Delhi. With strength of 200 sales staff, he has successfully under-written eight real estate projects and has sold 1200 apartments around Delhi. As a CSR initiative Nipun runs a spiritual radio – Sanatan Radio. The core of the broadcast relies on orienting youth to Spirituality, Yoga, Vegetarianism, Addiction Free world. It also provides platform for people to strongly raise their voice against Radical Islam and this Chineese virus. The radio has carved a niche for itself by becoming the only radio station to have reached more than 1 million Hindu households. The radio launch was well covered by 26 leading National newspapers around India. Few of them covered it on front page, next to Honurable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narender Modi. Nipun is a cricket lover and often invites Indian cricketers to office.
He is also a fitness enthusiast and likes body building. He promotes body building competitions and often invited as a guest to award body builders.
