How we generate inbound traffic of leads and book appointments?

For over two decades, we have been a telemarketing company making those difficult unwanted outbound calls. As a call centre serving niche market, our priorities were- sourcing right calling lists, recruiting and training staff. But, not anymore.

After global lockdowns in March 2020, we transformed to digital marketing company. It took us two months to adapt to the change. Our methodology is now Digitology.

We use four types of digital techniques to generate inbound traffic of business owners. As opposed to cold calling, we no more push people for appointments. Our strategy is now "Pull strategy".

We take a two tier approach to schedule appointments.


Tier 1

We Generate Raw Leads Using Social Media

  1. Using SEO, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pay per click campaigns, we invite business owners on landing pages. Our landing pages have introductory videos on- how business coaches can add value. Amongst all digital strategies, our videos drive maximum traffic of interested business owners. The interested owners fill in a detailed questionnaire on our landing pages and the information is e-mailed to us. All those who meet criteria are passed on to senior telemarketers for booking appointments.
  2. Mass Mailing & Webinars - We have 6 million e-mails of SMB's in US, UK, NZ, Canada and Australia. We change our e-mail content and do mass mailing once a month. Our e-mails invite business owners for 30 minutes free webinar. These webinars are conducted by our senior marketers who speak on business coaching and advantages of having a business coach. Our webinars are not generic; we target niche market and speak on topics which are of interest to them. After webinar, list of participants are given to senior marketers for booking appointments.
  3. Using LinkedIn profiles- all our marketers have LinkedIn premium accounts. Using their profiles, they are able to access search filters and contact business owners meeting your criteria. Their profiles have right content and videos. Using LinkedIn profiles our marketers send introductory messages and our videos do the talking. All interested owners who accept invitations are passed on to senior marketers for booking appointments

Tier 2

Converting raw leads into Appointments by Making Telemarketing calls

All Leads generated by social media campaigns are allocated to senior telemarketers for scheduling appointments. Depending on the nature of the business, we build conversations, ask relevant questions, dig deep and identify pain areas. We ask them 15 – 20 specific questions and answers are written on an A4 size appointment sheets.
We build your credibility and discuss how a coach can help them change work dynamics, survive this situation and then Thrive.
Depending on their nature of the business, pain areas and your area of specialization, we allocate Right lead to Right advisor. We give out your name, back ground, process, contact details and your monthly charges.
All appointments are booked on Skype & Zoom and appointment sheets are e-mailed to you.
